Each strip is carefully wrapped in tissue paper for delivery and includes a photo care card for safekeeping. Share your excitement with loved ones in a unique and memorable way.

Printing Instructions
- Please upload in sets of four (4) images per photo strip.
- You will be prompted to upload them throughout the checkout process.
- If you’d like your images printed in a specific order, please label them 1, 2, 3, and 4 when prompted.
- We are not responsible for the quality of the images, as we print exactly what is provided.
- Please note all the photos printed are in Black and White only.
Shipping Information
- Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Please ensure your images are received by the day before these shipping days.
- If images are not received in time, your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
- For special events, we highly recommend choosing express shipping.
- We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by short notice or late submission of images.
- Customers living in rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Care Instructions
Thermal images are sensitive to UV light.
To take care and ensure the longevity of your keepsake thermal prints, it is recommended to keep them in a cool, dry and sunlight free environment.
Do not leave your prints in a hot car or on a fridge with direct sunlight.
