Ultrasound Pregnancy Announcement Photo Strips

• Please upload in sets of four (4) images per photo strip.
• You will be prompted to upload them throughout the checkout process. If you are unable to upload them for any reason, please send them through to orders@bloombabyultrasound.com.au along with your order number.
• If you’d like your images printed in a specific order, please label them 1, 2, 3, and 4 when prompted.
• We are not responsible for the quality of the images, as we print exactly what is provided.
• Please note all the photos printed are in Black and White only.
• Please note that the photo strips do not print perfectly flat due to being printed from a roll and the nature of thermal type printing. They will have a natural slight bump between each photo as seen in the product photos.

• Your photo strips will be sent gently folded in half and clipped together then wrapped in tissue paper to prevent heat damage. They are shipped in a diecut box and are not posted flat.
• Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (Excluding Public Holidays).
• Please ensure your images are received by 8pm AWST the day before these shipping days to ensure timely dispatch.
• If images are not received in time, your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
• We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by short notice or late submission of images.
• For special events, we highly recommend choosing express shipping.
• Customers living in rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
• Please note we are located in WA. Standard Shipping is approx. 3-10 business days and Express Shipping is approx. 1-6 business days depending on your location.
• We’re unable to take responsibility for parcels once they have left our studio, as they are then in the care of Australia Post.

Thermal images are sensitive to UV light.

To take care and ensure the longevity of your keepsake thermal prints, it is recommended to keep them in a cool, dry and sunlight free environment.

Do not leave your prints in a hot car or on a fridge with direct sunlight.
