Features: 

• Set of two packs: always have one ready in the freezer while you use the other.
• Flexible design to fit comfortably in your underwear.
• Covers sold separately, giving you the freedom to use a paper towel or invest in reusable covers.

How to Use: 

• For cold therapy: Place in the freezer without covers for at least 2 hours before use or submerge in ice water until the desired temperature is achieved.
• For heat therapy: Microwave without covers for 10-20 seconds depending on the microwave (wattage table on product instructions), checking the temperature before applying.
• Place directly in your underwear or wrap with a paper towel or reusable cover.
• Use for up to 20 minutes at a time, as needed.
