How to Use:

1. Squeeze the centre of the pad to break the inner water bag.
2. Shake for 5 - 10 seconds to mix the inner liquid.
3. Remove the pad from the plastic pouch.
4. Peel the paper strip to reveal the sticky side.
5. Place inside underwear with the sticky side facing down.
6. Once finished, dispose of the pad in the bin.
